Website and security data

If you use the site search, the search terms you enter are sent to our server as part of the requested URL and may appear in server logs. Do not enter personal or confidential information into the search field.
Email correspondence
If you email OHELE, we process your email address, name if supplied, message content, attachments, and related correspondence so that we can review and respond to your request.
Authorised accounts
WordPress stores account, authentication, and activity data for authorised administrators or contributors. Public visitors cannot create an account through the website.
Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering and securing the website: our legitimate interests in operating a reliable publication, preventing abuse, diagnosing errors, and protecting the site.

OHELE uses Hostinger to host and deliver the website. Hosting systems may process request and security data on our behalf. Email and technical service providers may process data when needed to deliver messages or maintain the site. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or competent authorities when legally required. OHELE does not sell personal data.
International data transfers
Service providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where the GDPR requires safeguards for a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as approved contractual protections, as applicable.
How long we keep data

OHELE is a technical publication for a general and professional audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through forms, subscriptions, or user accounts.
